Schedules & Fees
Summer hours are now in effect
(refer to monthly schedules in the notice board for dojo closures and events) Fee Structure Membership in the International Shotokan Karate Federation of British Columbia (ISKF BC) and Karate BC is required of all students. These annual association fees are collected upon registration, and/or every September. ISKF BC membership provides each student with the opportunity to attend seminars by various ISKF masters, test for ISKF certified diplomas, and participate in ISKF sanctioned tournaments over the course of the year. ISKF is the association which certifies us at our particular kyu or dan level. Membership in Karate BC provides each student with the opportunity to participate in several Karate BC sanctioned tournaments, as well as coaching and judging clinics. Most importantly, membership in Karate BC provides each student with the necessary insurance coverage to participate in our Hinode Karate and Kobudo training programs ($5 million General Liability, including medical and dental).
